State Offices Will Be Open, With the Exception of Those Closed Due to Power Outages Resulting From Inclement Weather

    CHARLESTON, W.Va. -With the exception of state offices that have been closed due to power outages due to inclement weather all state offices will be open and fully operational today, Wednesday, October 31. State employees are to report to work at their normal business hours unless notified by their supervisor of a specific approved office closure. Caution should be taken as our road crews continue to clean all roadways throughout the state.
