Funding for maintenance work and road construction are on the special session agenda

CHARLESTON, WV — Today, the West Virginia Department of Highways issued a report on the new road projects and maintenance work that could be funded if the Legislature approves a small increase in the gas tax and DMV fees during the special session.

Governor Justice put legislation on the special session agenda to support his plan to create 48,000 jobs. The updated project list from DOH is broken down by county.
